cold water pressure

kev plumb sorted one stop cock out and replaced thermostat with no probs thanks for advice,now heres another one for you when i was filling the tank in loft up the cold water inlet was not that good, as in trickling instead of a faster flow as i would of expected,could i do anything with it. the pressure from the taps is fine .
