I have a Ferolli optimax and today I noticed that when the cold water tap in the kitchen is turned on it starts banging and spluttering( as if there is an air lock), but the water is a creamy colour and it turns the combi boiler off, has anyone come across this and any ideas what problem maybe. Also the tap in bathroom is a dual type and its scolding hot as if cant get enough cold water through. Heating seems to work fine, any ideas appreciated.
