Hi, I'm using the same bricks (Ash Multi) - https://www.marshalls.co.uk/gardens-and-driveways/product/marshalite-pitch-faced-garden-walling as this image, but not sure what colour the mortar is or how to achieve.
Its either white or a light grey.
Any ideas please?

White silica sand, or white cement tone, or snowcrete. Or a combo of these.

Key will be consistent mixers for consistent colour

Thanks KingAndy
Can I use this cement product https://www.carvers.co.uk/building-...lt/cement/white-cement-25kg-bag-hanson-554620
With normal red building sand to give me the same cement as in the image i provided?

Also I noticed that Rugby cement sell a product and it states it is lighter in colour, but not sure how light when compared to normal grey cement : https://www.cemex.co.uk/web/cemex-uk/rugby-premium-cement
How light is it?
To be honest I’ve never made white/grey mortar, so I can’t be sure.

I’d guess you’d get some red/orange or at best beige mortar with the red sand.

I’d be looking for white or at least yellow sand. This thread could help you:

Use a yellowish sand, and white cement, you can also add hydrated lime to lighten it, it's always hard to recommend mixes as sand varies depending where you live, Wickes in NW use a lighter sand which would be suitable, if you do a sample let it dry for a week or so to see the finished colour.
