Combi boiler and washing machine in same cupbaord

We want to move our washing machine from kitchen to bathroom cupboard that houses the gas condensing combi boiler. Is this safe and/or suggestions.

I cant see why that is a problem to have the both of them in a cupboard, have seen plenty of them, if in dout look in your MI
