Combi boiler clunking when running cold water

Hi All,
I've got a Worcester 28i combi boiler which is 6 years old and it's started to make clunking noises when the toilet is being refilled or when I run a cold tap.This only happens when the boiler is still relatively cold, i.e after turning it on first thing in the morning,after about 20 minutes it's fine.
Any advice is gratefully received.
