combi boiler/hot water no central heating

Hi,
I'm having a bit of bother with my FER HAWK combi boiler, the tap heat is fine but the central heating won't stay on the full length of time.It comes on at the right time but then switches off too early, any clues any one? Please note I'm a novice so don't talk too technical thanks.

sounds like its something to do with the timer........ian

Sorted!!!! The flow senser was playing up.
New one fitted, warm house again.
