Combi Boiler issue

Hi folks, I am getting sparking intermittanly from my condensation pipe out.
It seems to be when there is a driving rain, this continues even when I switch off the boiler at the power switch next to it. Can anyone give me any clues why this would be happeining

Turn it off and isolate the electric supply and get a pro in !!! If it is sparking that is dangerous

If its not a boiler fault then you would have a high voltage from house earth to the outside and that can be dangerous.
