Hello folks,

Recently had installed a new combi boiler Valliant eco tec plus only 2.5 years ago.

Tonight what seems like power cut to the lights, the boiler switched off completely and without any display. After switching on the fuse box the lights came on but the boiler remained off. I turned on/off the main socket, but nothing happened.

I think the original installer fitted the condensate pipe internally under the sink, as I couldn't find any plastic pipe outside.

Don't know what the problem is.

Have you tried turning the boiler on with the button on the front ?

yes, I tried the on/off button on the boiler as well the main electrical switch on the wall, but to no avail.

It seems it's completely off, as someone had turned off the main power.

Sorry now realized. I hadn't put the right fuse back on again, in the fuse box.
