Vaillant turbomax combi boiler. Why does it only fire up when the hot water tap is partially open? Why does the 22mm central heating pipe get hot then, even when central heating is switched off and cold? Is there something wrong? Could this be linked to mixer shower controls not getting temperature right and maintaining it?
