Combi boiler

My Main combi E30 eco boiler is still playing up. I have noticed now that when I just run the hot water tap that the first radiator (in the bathroom) starts to get hot.The water runs hot through the tap for a minute or two then goes cold for a minute, then hot again.
I am also losing pressure every day and have to manually top up the water. Is this caused by a faulty diverter valve? or are the two issues unrelated?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanking you all in advance!!

The two issues are most likely not related.
Sounds like diverter valve is faulty and expansion vessel probably need
recharging and possibly the plate heat exchanger is also slightly blocked.
