I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY BAXI .
MY OVERFLOW PIPE DRIPS CONTIOUSLY AFTER EXPERT ADVICE I CHANGED THE FLEXABLE RING PIPE WITH NO AVAIL.
IS THIS SERIOUS PROBLEM.

my pressure builds up slowly .
untill i release it .
it builds to high untill i release it

Where's my reply gone???

Check that filling loop valves at each end are turned off fully. Failing that and anything else simple it could be the plate heat exchanger gone and leaking water into system side.
