Combi hot Water Problem

I have a Biasi Riva Advance HE which is 2 years old & been ok until this winter. The CH is fine, and the kitchen sink hot tap & the bathroom sink hot tap are fine.
But the hot water from the hot bath tap & the Mira electric shower is only ever tepid even when set to max temp.

mira shower has nothing todo with the combi the shower runs off the cold mains and heats its own water.

extra cold water coming in from mains fill your bath up slower and it will be hot

Tell us the model number form the boiler ( not book ) .

Measure the flow rate from the bath tap in litres per minute and then we will tell you if its a boiler fault or just too much expectations.
