Hi I've got what i thought was a combi but it has no filling loop.

is it possible it is connected to the header tank and through the CH pipes and it refills this way. Its just the pressure is reading at 0 and I was thinking it should be between 1 and 2.

THe place where the booklet says ity should be connected to the cold mains is capped off (looks like factory sealed it so was never intended to be used.

There is a hot water cylinder for the hot water that the CH pipes heat up.

Is this a comnmon setup?

Thanks

It could be possible. Is it a worcester combi by any chance?

Have a good look around the system away from the boiler.

Filling loops have been put in many a strange place

Combi heating a cylinder is not that uncommon. I often do that. Plus multizone. My humble abode had a combi (VCW 242) two heating zones and a third zone for HW cylinder. A real belt and braces job.

Cheers guys, it is a combi being used as a conventional boiler on a vented system. Didn't know this was done- the pressure gauge was what confused me!

No Remeha Avanti plus.... never heard of before
