Combined pressure relief & check valve

My cold water supply has a combined pressure relief & check valve that needs replacing. The existing part was made by RWC Syr and was fitted in 2000. It has 3/4" male BSP inlet & outlet connectors, and a 1/2" male BSP pressure relief outlet. The only marking I can see, on one of the body flats, says "027" (I think).

The problem is I can't find a replacement part. With some re-engineering I could replace with two separate valves but I'd rather do a straight swap.

Any ideas if such a thing is still available?

Sorry I thought prod-CAT9.html was a page for a specific product. I had a dig about on the site but couldn't find any combo valves.
