Lucy Connolly did incite something.
She didn't. She got close but didn't instruct anyone to do anything.

She pleaded guilty, under pressure from a dodgy government lawyer, so was never tried. She also deleted the comment, voluntarily, before any consequences. A jury would have been likely to let her go.

She deserved a telling-off. What she got was politically motivated, driven by the Prime Prosecutor Minister, now rightly booted out of office.
