Could someone please advise which supply the best quality carcasses please?

I’ve called every store and no one seems to know the finer details, other than saying they are 18mm. Only differences noted:

B&Q: Flat pack only. White only.

Magnet: Flat pack white - 16mm. Assembled white, oak or grey oak - 18mm. Hardwood back

Howdens: Assembled. White, ash grey or oak

Wren: Vogue range - flat pack, white only, less size options, no metal rails. Infinity plus range - assembled, white or grey, metal rails for extra support, glass shelf options, more size choice. Chipboard sides

Benchmarx: Fully assembled, white only. This is the only one who said they have an 18mm mdf back. All the others said 8mm backs?

Having flat pack to reduce overall cost is fine, but I want to ensure carcass quality is good. Happy to receive recommendations from other suppliers too please.

Not much difference in quality, ready made are often just flat packs ready assembled by some teenager on minimum wage , Benchmarx which I have are like that , had to reassemble some to get them square and flush .
