At a guess, use a heat source, hot air gun etc.
please don’t rush out and try it without more research. This method is used on automotive plastics so felt it worth suggesting.
Failing that can you turn the boards over or move to another location?

Will look into it.
There’s a different pattern on the other side so can’t turn them.
We’ve got some replacement boards but obvs tricky to remove with the trim on etc
