Conceala 2 cistern - not reverisble?

Hi,

Purchased an Armitage Shanks concealed cistern (S364367). All the photos I saw online have the inlet on the right hand side, mine has come with it on the left. I though I would simply spin it around so the inlet is on the right, however cistern has 'FRONT' marked on it and instructions say the cistern is not reversible. Why is this?

Not an issue, I'll just run my feed across to the left (currently it's on the right).

Just curious so thought I'd ask the question.
