Concealed hydraulic door closer on UPVC doors.

Just joined up to see if any of you guys can help me identify a particular type/brand of concealed door closer that I need to adjust because it is a bit aggressive when near closed. I have attached a picture of the closer which, as you can see, is at the top of the door (where else??) and embedded in the door rail. Hope you can assist. Anybody have a brand name perhaps?

That's an aluminium door! Open the door and look under the head of the door frame, this is where the main hydraulic closer is hidden, you should see 2 holes with a slotted screw in each hole, one is for how aggressive the door shuts till the last 3 inches and the other is for the remaining 3 inches, from memory I don't know which ones which so it's trail and error really, have a play, half a turn at a time and if you do the wrong one just turn it back
