Hi Just fitted an ibox and a Hansgrohe Axor concealed bath/shower mixer and water is trickling out from the bottom of the fascia plate. Any ideas. Have siliconed the olives and it still leaks. Help

Where exactly is the leak coming from 
Good question. It is difficult to say as you cannot see inside it. It seems to be from the inside of it. Not sure if this is much help. There are 4 holes for the water to travel through ( 2 in and 2 out) They all have an O-ring in them which came with it. When you turn on the water it just pours out from the bottom. You cannot make it work with just the hot or cold as it is thermostatically control so it seems to be a safety measure. This means we cannot tell whether it is the cold or hot outlet or inlet.
If it is new, speak to the manufacturers who should be able to advise as they will have seen this before.

Thank you I have already e-mailed Hansgrohe and hopefully they will reply. It appears to be only the shoer bit that leaks so presumably it is the o-ring.
