concrete slab

can anyone tell me exactly what i need to form a suitable solid floor on which i can install under floor heating?

ground floor, existing concrete base removed. so starting from scratch.

any links to specs or regs greatly appreciated.

100mm compacted hard core (30mm to dust) MOT.

25 - 50mm sand blinding ( also compacted).

1200g polythene.

100mm concrete slab.

80-100mm celotex insulation.

More polythene or tape joints.

U.F.H.

75mm screed.
