Concrete steps Above DPC

Hi all,

The DPC is 2 courses under the door.

I want to do concrete steps up to the door threshold. So am thinking 2 steps needed. This would take me above the the DPC. What precautions would I need to take? Would I be okay to wrap DPC around the bricks where the concrete would go? And would I need to leave. Gap between brick and concrete? The steps will be 200mm wider than the door frame either side.

Odd detail? Is the door above floor level?

Is it a modern cavity construction?
