I've bought bust bags of gravel and sand from DIY. Always have them put out back cheap.
Mix up the sharp sand and gravel. Add cement.
Re your sand. It is not sharp sand but you can dump it with other aggregates to get rid of it.
Depends where your making the concrete for.
Do you need even strong concrete for path or drive or like me repairing fence post and filling in shed base hole. Anything goes for that
