I own a studio flat that has problems with condensation in the lounge/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are separate. The lounge has double glazed windows with trickle vents, the walls have been cavity filled, it doesn't seem to matter if the heat is on or off, the windows still stream with water.

I've been looking at humidistat fans that come on automatically. and can stay on 24 hours. The prices range from £30 to £120 for (as far as I can make out) the same thing. Anyone had one fitted or know anything about them?
