Hi,
We've just had our existing wooden conservatory (that had almost rotted away) replaced by a nice shiny new uPVC one, using the same base. I've noticed that three or four of the polycarbonate panels have some condensation in all of the time, though sometimes it can be worse than others.
Can anyone say if this is normal with a new polycarbonate roof or has something gone wrong? I can't remember if the old conservatory had the same - I don't think so but then it was in a bit of a poor state generally and had blinds on the ceiling that the new one doesn't have, so I can't say for sure.
The fitters did leave the roof panels outside overnight (though I think they were wrapped) and it did rain a bit - could it be that some moisture got in somehow?
I've not paid the full amount yet so I really need to know if I should ask them to sort it out before I pay, or if this is just par for the course.
Thanks a lot.
