Hi i have had my loft insulation doubled up about 12 months ago. Since having this completed every winter the felt on the roof become soaking with condensatio. can anyone please give me advice.

Check that the insulation isn't blocking any vents, it should be clear of the soffits.
lack of ventilation,extractor venting into loft,drying a lot of washing on rads / tumble dryer not ducted

Yep lack of ventilation, loft insulation company's should now fit extra vent if required free of charge
