Condensation or damp on a ceiling

I suspect it's condensation, you need to leave the fan on, if you have one in there or leave the window open after bath/shower.

You could take a look in the loft to see if it's wet, hopefully all will be dry.
Might need the insulation pulling back a little from the eaves.

Bleachy water might get the marks off.
