condenser boiler pipe dripping

hi noticed last few days that there was water under the boiler, manage to get the camera in there at its this pipe, upon zooming in you can see there is a tiny crack in the pipe, is there something i can block the crack or is it a case of cutting the pipe and putting more in its place. nothing has been moved in the cupboard so im assuming the pipe already had a fine crack in it from the start, boiler has been installed for about 5 years

It needs repiping.
It's a common occurrence.
A few theories, one is that certain solvent weld pipe and/or cement reacts with the slightly acidic condensate.
