Help, I have a vokera syntesi35 condensing boiler fitted. During pluming there is a constant dripping of water from the bottom edge of the flue which runs down the outside wall and freezes during cold weather, and nothing from the condensate pipe. Has anyone come across this before and how did you rectify it? The boiler was already fitted when we purchased the property.
Any advice would be grateful

regards

Ian

Condensing boiler flues should always slope back towards the boiler so any condensate in the flue duct flows back to the boiler. Your flue is presumably sloping down towards the outside.

This will need to be changed by a Corgi registered installer who should also check over the installation, since it is likely that there are other faults. Do you have the Benchmark certificate for the original installation?
