Two small queries re my new combi condensing boiler.
1. If you tip a full washing up bowl of water down the sink there's a gurgling noise and then a splash of water comes out from the boiler at the top of the condensing pipe. The only way to get round this is to tip the water down the sink slowly.
2. The other day the boiler wasn't fired up on heat but I was running hot water down stairs and my husband turned a hot water tap on upstairs but nothing came out until I switched the tap off downstairs. Is this normal with combi's - never had one before?
