confusion

Can anybody help? I currently have a glow worm boiler, with a cylinder at the top of the stairs; a header tank and an expansion tank in the loft, I would like to remove the header and expansion tank. I would like constant hot water and have good water pressure for a mixer shower. my problem is i do not know which is best, a condensing combi boiler, or an upgrade to my existing system. which is more economic or indeed which is better. many thanks

not sure all i know is it uses a fan to keep the pilot light on which needs replacing as well as looking pretty old was thinking of replacing it anyway

sounds like an ultimate,probably best wood be new unvented system .i:e new boiler and mains fed cylinder.

is this what is known as a pressurised system, do you think it is a better idea to do this rather than convert to a condensing combi

Vaillant ,expensive , but very reliable .
