The only thing the instructions have regarding electrical connection is a diagram consisting of a rectangle we've three boxes within, indicating where Live, Neutral, and Earth get connected. It really is pointless, since the terminals are marked anyway. Looks like a regulatory sort of thing; sort of "you must have a diagram of the connection block" so they've drawn the most rubbish rectangle that they could get away with
