connecting 150mm dia ducting

Hi all, Hope you can help.
I have a flexible 150mm dia ducting hose which I need to connect to a 150mm dia duct outlet. They are both exactly 150mm dia. I bought this http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/FD616C.html
Thinking it would do the job, but it too is exactly 150mm dia.
Can any one point me in the right direction?

150mm flexible duct is designed to fit directly over a 150mm outlet connection, you shouldn't need any adaptor. It's a tight fit to stop air escaping.

Thanks for your replies. I tried to fit the hose directly to the outlet but it wont go I'm sure that they are both exactly 150mm.
I suppose I could use duct tape but it seems a shame that I can't find the correct fitting to do a proper job.
Duct tape it is then.

Something's not right here 150mm flexible PVC duct is designed to slip over 150mm spigots on fans and grilles and then be clamped in place by duct clips.
