Conservatory looring

I've just had a conservatory built and need to raise the screed floor by a minimum of 12mm to be flush with a waste manhole surround that had to be installed at the same time. I will then lay sheet vinyl.

Can anyone recommend a sheet material which would do the job (not too expensive!) and also give me any tips that might be useful to avoid disaster. Eg would I need a moisture barrier?

Also could anyone recommend a sheet vinyl that can be laid unglued (in case I need to access the manhole in the future).

A rough screed would be best to achieve close to level with the cover, then finish with a latex finishing screed to smooth the whole lot in preparation for fitting the vinyl

Any reasonable vinyl will be fine, conservatories tend to dry vinyls out over the years and it's going to fade etc but will be easy to replace whenever you need.

Alternatively, achieve a basic levelling with a cement and either screed or you could use FBall Isolator Membrane as a quick alternative to screening, it will also allow you to fit the vinyl quickly, you need to allow 4 weeks for every inch drying time of cement/concrete in the depth of the conservatory floor/base before screening and fitting a flooring in the area unless you utilise a liquid DPM
