Doubt if I will get any replies at this time of night but I wont get time to post this tomorrow due to work etc so here`s hoping.
Any replies will be appreciated and answered.

My lovely lady and I are at an early stage of buying another house and one of her reasons for wanting to buy this property was to have a conservatory put on the back of the house over the kitchen.
However, I have today realised that the vent from the wall mounted gas boiler in the kitchen vents outside exactly in the position where any conservatory would be built.
I realise the vent can`t be inside any enclosure but Is it possible or practical for it to be ducted/vented upward through the roof of a conservatory?
If this restricts having a connie built we may have to reluctantly pull out of buying.
Any info appreciated.
Thanks
Mick

Flues can be extended if the manufacturers permit it in the installation instructions. You will need the make and exact model to be sure.

In most cases the flue can be extended but it depends totally on the boiler model and flue arrangement.

In some case can be taken out through a different wall.

But this is a specialist job for a gas reg engineer.
