Hello, I am planning to build a conservatory at the read garden of my bungalow, which is semi-detached. According to regulations, it can be 3m for an attached and 4m for a detached.

The back of the house looks like that, and the area I point to is 3.5m (depth) x 5m (width)

Will I be able to fit it exactly, or will I have to limit it to 3m?

Does the side wall of the protruding extension count? In that case, the area of the conservatory would be like this:

This little bit here would have to be like that, is it possible to make a request somewhere to allow it to be square? Otherwise it would cost more for that little thing. Maybe a planning permission request?

It's a 1930s bungalow, the garden looks like this facing out, I was gonna put the conservatory on the patio and rest it on the existing bricks:

To the left and right of the patio is fence. Facing out, the right is a stone fence and the left is a wooden fence.
