Dear all,

I've produced consolidated versions of the following pieces of planning legislation:

- Use Classes Order (1987)
- General Permitted Development Order (1995)
- Fees Regulations (1989)

The above documents are available at www.planningjungle.com.

In case it helps, below is a summary of how to find consolidated versions* of various pieces of planning legislation.
(* i.e. the "as amended" versions that actually apply in law today, rather than the original versions)

Use Classes Order 1987:

General Permitted Development Order 1995:

Fees Regulations 1989:

Development Management Procedure Order 2010: (formerly the General Development Procedure Order 1995)
This was published by the government relatively recently (Oct 2010) and is therefore up-to-date. It effectively provides a consolidated version of the former General Development Procedure Order 1995. It can be downloaded from the following government website:
http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2010/2184

Town and Country Planning Act 1990:
Because this is primary legislation, a "revised" version is available on the following government website. However, please note that this revised version is still incomplete, as not all amendments have been applied:

Advertisement Regulations 2007:
As far as I'm aware, this legislation has only been amended once. The first link below is the original legislation and the second link is the amendment:

Thanks,
Steve
