(Construction of) Hot Tub Base (Ed.)

Looking to put a base in for a new hot tub (not the inflatable ones), I've read it needs to be atleast 100mm concrete, is that with the hard-core base , it doesn't mention hard-core thickness or even if it needs it . This is where it's going , I've also read it can be framed in and just graveled
