continuous cement run off

Hi there, had my tiles on my roof and ridge tiles relaid. also had the pointing done at the end of the roof stripped out and refilled as this was badly cracked and letting in water. Now the issue I have is that when it rains, water comes down onto my car so that a stain is what looks like cement dust is left down the side. This take alot of work to get off. thought it was just loose stuff on roof and would be ok after a couple of downpours. many months later and every downpour leaves my car covered again!!! roof says that hes never seen that before. I have pointed out it never happened before the roof was done. gettign really frustrating.

Anyone ever had anythign simialr and more importantly, know how I can stop this????
