anyone had any experience with cooker extraction ducting.
takeway near me has and extractor above the cooker...about 4 meters down it has what looks like an inline extrctor fan (to aid extrction due to distance etc i guess)..it then goes through the roof.
they have asked i look at diverting this ducting via a different route, which will be shorter infact.
any advice, re necesity of inline extractor, dimension of duct etc.
its about 12 ring burner and the current duct diameter is around 12"
any company websites to look at..(cant seem to find anything)
