cooker hood

I'm also wondering which cooker hood to buy, the position of the hood is on an internal wall so no where to put ducting, if I bought an Indesit Standard Visor Hood 600mm S/Steel H161IX from screw fix would this do the filtration? and where will the filtered air go afterwards? any help would be much appreciated.
