The oven and two hot plates on my Belling Cooker ain't working have just checked the wiring at the cooker end and the black wire and terminals seem to be burnt whats the problem?. The cable from the wall is 6mm and the fuse at the main board is 30amp

Hmmm, I'd say you've got a burnt wire problem.
Probably caused by a loose/bad conection.
