Corgi registered not fitted in correctly

Hi All,

New to the forum, not sure if I am posting in the right forum.

I brought a Gas cooker from curry’s who installed it in and Corgi registered it.

Three years later it is not working but have called Electrolux, who we have an extended guarantee with it and they advise they can repair it as it was not fitted in correctly. They say pipe is too long

My question is who do I take this up, Corgi? Curry’s? Electrolux? Where do I stand?

Can you post a photo?

AFAIK You would contact the people who fitted it (Currys).
