Hi there hope someone can help/advise on this matter, we have an orchard wye thermostatic shower shs7 purchased from victoria plum some time ago, my daughter recently took the square shower head down to clean it & has last the washer/fitting that sits in the hole at the back of the shower head to create a watertight tight seal between head & the swivel ball joint, I took the head to several local plumbers merchants who said I should contact the supplier so I spoke to victoria plum who can't supply the part I need & suggested I buy a replacement shower head from them but said they don't come with any washers which I find strange & then suggested I replaced the whole thing which I don't want to do.I tried a couple of washers approx 26mm & 28mm diameter as this isn't a standard fitting, please see pictures these might give a clearer picture of the problem I've got.

If you look in B&Q you will see mixed packs of O rings.
You can also buy online mixed selection packs but obviously it's a bit of a lottery what is in there.

Problem is trade centres don't carry much other than common fittings they know they can sell.
Used to be a family run plumbing centre in my city called creepers... They had a massive selection of o rings for about 40p each back in the 90s but places like that are mostly all gone unfortunately.

If you can't find online or in the DIY selection pack you may have to buy a new fitting

Thank you very much for your help, as i wasnt present when my daughter lost the o ring i thankswasnt sure what i needed the 2 rings i had werent thick enough & victoria plum are as much use as a racehorse with 3 legs, as were 2 local plumbers merchants , the pack from B & Q did the trick & sure the others in the pack will prove useful in the future, thanks again
