Hi! My gf's clutch cable snapped this morning on her 1.0 Corsa B close to the pedal end in the engine compartment. Had to tow it 60miles from Whitby to Beverly an'all lol!
The thing thats baffled me is the fact that the arm which comes out of the clutch housing (what the other end of the cable attaches to) is very slack, is this supposed to spring back itself?

Thanks, BigWeeeeeeeeeezzz!

just to add to my previous post, ive fitted a new cable, took about 5 mins, but still the clutch will not disengage. with the engine running, a had the arm in both the front and rear position and still could not select a gear. could this mean the pressure plate fingers are bent? i dont want to take the clutch tobits without being sure.

feedback much apreciated
