Cost of UFH upstairs in bedrooms

My builder has indicated that the cost of UFH in the bedrooms will be about £110 per metre squared e.g. pro warm system which for a 20m squared bedroom is £2,200. This has shocked me and whilst I understand that there is some more work involved with aluminium spreader plate method etc, is it as costly as that?

Its a expensive system compared with rads at about £20 /m² .

Also in my view not terribly comfortable for bedrooms either.
