Could this window/door frame be made as a single unit?

I’ve had a couple of quotes for this shape and they have both split it into a square and a triangle.

I’m thinking with a 70mm frame the horizontal joint between the 2 will look chunky.

It’s got brick pillars either side so no chunky corners to match.

PVC no as it wouldn't fit in the welding machines.
Aluminum maybe but would be alot more expensive
 
Ok, thanks. I went to the manufacturer and he said it would also be better if the square section was made from 3 pieces as well.
 
Yes it will want aluminum couplers either side and above the door if using PVC to give it some strength
