Coving lighting uneven

Hi all,

I have a customer who's has had some plaster coving fitted with LED lights. But the lighting is uneven throughout the whole installation.
Does anyone know the cause? Or a solution to the problem?

It’s poor quality or not fitted correctly or both .

Is it led tape that has been laid loose within the coving?
Are there any diffusers?
Are these RGB LEDs?
