cpc sizes

can anyone confirm cpc sizes in twin and eatrh for the following
1mm = 1mm cpc
1.5mm = 1mm cpc
2.5mm = 1.5mm cpc
6mm = 2.5mm cpc
10mm = 4mm cpc. Are these right?

Circuit protective conductors. AKA Earth conductor.
