This is my first post. I wondered whether anyone had an idea whether this is a problem for a house I'm planning to put an offer on. There are vertical cracks, some through the brick, under a bay window on an edwardian place. The windows look like they've been replaced recently so I'm wondering whether it's due to that or whether it is something more serious. If I go for the place, I'll be getting a survey, but just wondered before I even start the offer process. Thanks!
